Cancellations:

Unless 24 hours notice is received to cancel a lesson, you will incur the fee accordingly for the booked lesson duration. If you have pre-paid for your lessons and fail to cancel a booked lesson these hours will be consumed as part of your block booking. Cancellations may be submitted to my mobile number, available on a 24hr basis, by text or voicemail.You may also send an email to: info@learnwithmichael.com All voicemail, text, and email messages received may be stored for future confirmation.

Cancellation / Termination of "Block Bookings"

If a pre paid "block booking course" is cancelled, stopped, terminated, not completed for any reason All completed lessons will be charged at the standard pay as you go rate £22.50 per hour. In addition an administration fee of £20.00 will be incurred, and the balance will be refunded accordingly.

In the event of mechanical breakdown, Michael will not be held responsible for any lesson cancellations. No fees will be incurred by Michael or the pupil. Michael has the right to terminate tuition to any pupil. Michael will not provide use of a vehicle for a driving test unless in his opinion the pupil is adequately trained and able to pass. Michael will not be accountable for any Tests, or for any test fees incurred which are booked with or without his knowledge.
